Amendments & Proposals
Instructions & Deadline
We are officially opening submissions for amendments to the TANC platform and constitution, as well as any proposals.
Due date: Sunday, October 26th by 11:59pm
Instructions for submitting a constitutional amendment or proposal:
1. First, clarify whether you want to change the TANC platform or constitution? Many proposals do not require constitutional or platform changes.
- If not, please use the standard Assembly proposal template available here.
- If you do want a change to TANC’s platform or constitution, use the constitution amendment template here.
2. Make a copy of the template, and then draft your proposal or amendment in the copied document. Please do not edit the templates themselves.
3. One of the authors must submit the amendment or proposal to the convention committee by emailing info@baytanc.com before the due date. Please include “TANC 2025 Convention Proposal or Amendment” in the subject line.
We strongly encourage authors to attend the convention social on Saturday, November 1st to discuss any potential amendments.
